Co-Founder
Nick Gibbons helps game studios and creative teams organise, review and get more value from their art assets. Drawing on past experience at Meta, Microsoft and across creative technology and media, he builds practical tools that make creative workflows faster, smarter and more connected as well as providing expertise in campaign management.

Sophie Mitchell
Co-Founder
Sophie brings in over 20 years’ experience in Marketing and Client Services, specialising in providing scalable business solutions, driving strategic vision and operational excellence. Her experiences span full funnel marketing across both brand and digital channels, including website development, working with organisations across finance, consumer brands (FMCG and retail), travel, sports, toys, gaming, entertainment, technology and telecom. She prioritises a strong focus on collaboration, tailored solutions and delivering work that creates real value for our clients.

Tatts Mitchel
Director of Client Services
Tatts manages the relationship between our clients and creative teams, ensuring every project stays aligned with its original goals. With a background in digital marketing and psychology she focuses on clear communication and practical strategy to help brands grow. She has managed/covered clients and teams globally, across multiple timezones, and large scale budgets, her work ethic is built on genuine interest in the people behind the projects she handles, patience, and communication.
When not working, she is likely at the theatre, boxing, or with her head in a psychology book.

Mike Kochansky
Creative Director
Mike Kochansky is a Creative Director based in Los Angeles with over 17 years of experience across live-action, CGI, and 2D production. With a background spanning Creative Strategy, writing, directing, shooting, editing, motion graphics, and producing, he brings a holistic, end-to-end perspective to every project. His work experience includes commercials, trailers, branded content, music videos, web series, short films, UA ads, and more. Mike specializes in crafting engaging, performance-driven content across platforms, and he loves blending a creative vision with hands-on execution.
His favorite film is Donnie Darko, and he spends his free time playing guitar, video games, riding motorcycles, and staying active.

Kelvin Low
Head of Operations
A curious builder who enjoys bringing ideas to life, he founded four companies across digital marketing, data infrastructure, and mobile platforms. Over 15 years as a creative and managing director, he’s been fortunate to work with talented teams and explore both strategy and storytelling. He also took a four-year sabbatical to focus on art, exhibiting internationally, including Art Salon Carrousel du Louvre, Paris Carrousel du Louvre, Paris – October 2017 and 2018, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Miami, Japan.
In his free time, he enjoys bonding with nature in the most remote, least connected places on earth.

Eve Juneau
Content Manager
As Content Manager, Eve handles content creation across Artstash’s social channels. Her studies in pharmacology helped impart the value of academic research and integrity. Having worked in various positions in the games industry from production to development, she leverages her four years of industry experience with her education in Business Administration to find key insights at their intersection.
She hosts a weekly Bad Movie Night with friends and her favorite album of all time is Crash by Les Louanges.

Wyn Sum
Head of Project Managment
Wyn thrives where creativity meets controlled chaos. As Head of Project Management in gaming marketing, she turns fast moving ideas into structure and keep teams aligned, timelines intact, and expectations (mostly) under control. She has worked across global teams, juggling time zones, shifting priorities, and ambitious deliverables with a mix of sharp organisation and quick wit. Known for her direct communication and ability to keep things moving without over complicating the process, Wyn brings clarity to even the messiest projects. Equal parts structured and spontaneous, she believes great work comes from understanding both the people and the pressure behind every brief.

Stepan Dediukhin
Lead Software Developer
With over a decade of hands-on experience in developing complex projects across various domains Stepan possesses a robust background in object-oriented analysis and design, primarily utilizing Java, complemented by additional proficiency in working with Node.js and front-end technologies. Skilled in implementing extreme programming methodologies, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming etc.
When not at work Stepan enjoys traveling, gaming, skiing and snowboarding, hiking, and appreciating fine wines and specialty coffees.

Nuwani Withanachchi
Head of Data Analytics
With 20+ years of experience across SEM, user acquisition, and data analytics, Nuwani specialises in building high-performing campaigns rooted in data and continuous experimentation. She is driven by uncovering insights that translate to smarter strategy and measurable growth.
Outside of work, she’s passionate about clean eating, keeping active, and taking time away from screens.
